Architectural Design Consultancy
This is where it all starts. Where your ideas and desires start to take shape. Is it possible? What size? Within budget? What materials would work best? How long will it take? What about planning? All these questions, and we can start to answer.
Detailed Architectural Plans
This is where our joint vision starts to become definite — down to the millimetre. Apart from showing the build, BMC Design+Build plans can later show water outlets and electrical networks right to the position of individual sockets.
Planning Submission
When everybody is satisfied with the plans they need to be submitted to local Planning. BMC has working relationships with most London Borough and most nearby county Planning Departments to ensure a swift passage in most cases.
Craftspeople
BMC Design+Build, employ only the best people. Whether it’s a general builder, roofer, carpenter, heating and ventilation expert, decorator or kitchen installer, they are valued members of the team and paid accordingly
Project Management
This important BMC function ensures that the right people are working in the right place, with the right materials within the correct time frame. The BMC Project Manager is a dedicated person with only one focus.
